I DO NOT allow my works to be used for AI purposes (training, learning, turning into), NFTs, and crypto currency

My work is for personal / private use only, meaning I do not allow my art to be used for unauthorized commercial purposes or profit unless commercial usage is specifically accorded at the time the order is made

As the artist I still maintain all and absolute rights to my works; this includes publishing the work on my socials, adding it as a part of my portfolio, including the work in artbooks and editorial projects, selling prints of my artworks (previously commissioned or not), unless otherwise accorded with the client

Neither commissioner nor anyone else is allowed to edit, trace, copy, or remove the watermark from the finished product

I have the right to turn down a commission

I will not start on the commission until paid in full

Must be 16 years of age and up to request a commission, please ensure that you have the funds and permission for the commission

Price may increase depending on the complexity

Three changes max during the sketching phase, any edits afterwards will be charged as extra fees, unless I make any errors in the character's designs that were shown/specified in the given reference

No refunds once the piece has started or after

If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund

If you are getting a refund do not request chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself

Tips are highly appreciated

Commissions are first come first served; no hold on spots, unless a deadline was discussed

If you have a deadline please let me know and I will let you know whether or not I will be able to meet it

You are to fill out a Google Form and I will send an invoice to the provided email

Please provide clear reference if needed/be clear with what you want with visual reference via collage, sketch, etc. They must be full colored

Drafts/sketches will be sent for you to accept or to ask for changes. I will not make any more than 3 major changes, after that I will charge a fee

I take time, so please be patient. Do feel free to ask for updates anytime!

I will send the completed commission based on preference via email or DM

If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time I will let you know asap
